Every spring, the Hill 2000 Neighborhood Association hosts the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Berra Park, the neighborhood’s central green space. It’s a family morning for neighbors and visitors alike, with children of all ages searching the park for colorful eggs filled with treats.
When it happens
The hunt is held in the spring around Easter. In 2026 it was on April 5, from 11:00 am to noon, and organizers stressed an “11 am SHARP” start. Dates for 2027 had not been announced as of October 2026.
Tips for families
- Arrive early. Because the hunt starts on time, latecomers can miss the best of it.
- Bring a basket or bag for collecting eggs.
- Make a morning of it with breakfast or pastries at a Hill bakery or café before or after.
Watch the Hill 2000 events calendar early in the new year for the 2027 date.
