Fendler + Associates, Inc.

Fendler + Associates is an architectural design firm with an office on Pattison Avenue on The Hill. Paul Fendler, a graduate of the Washington University School of Architecture, founded the firm in 1989 and is listed as its principal.

The firm says it tailors each design to the client’s budget and requirements, and that the same designers stay with a project from the first consultation through completion instead of handing phases off to separate teams. Its services include architectural design, design and consulting for historic rehabilitation projects, and help applying for state and federal historic tax credits.

Fendler + Associates describes itself as an award-winning and published firm. Its website includes a project portfolio, a press and awards page and a staff directory, and the office can be reached by phone or email to discuss a project.
